SAN FRANCISCO—DentUit has updated dentuit.com, a custom matchmaking website for potential dental employees and the dental office.

Using dentuit.com eliminates the need for both dental professionals and dental employers to work with a third-party temporary staffing agency. DentUit allows immediate direct contact online through the registered dental jobseeker and member dental offices looking for staff.

DentUit has recently expanded to provide services for the entire United States and Canada through its website, dentuit.com. This allows qualified dental professionals to enroll as members with a free custom account portfolio, enabling them to utilize the job seeker function. They are also eligible to take advantage of the discounted dental products and services and to interact on the informative forums.

Dentuit.com invites dental offices; both solo and large group practices alike, to enroll in the DentUit member program. Offices can then interact with potential staff directly through the matchmaker feature of dentuit.com.

“With custom scheduling and availability preferences, dental professionals and offices can easily find each other and plan a work-to-hire or temporary arrangement that fits their personal preferences," said DentUit CEO Nadia Pulcova of the company’s recent expansion.

To develop this site built for dental professionals by dental professionals, Pulcova experienced first-hand the difficulty of finding a job in a dental office after she graduated as a licensed dental hygienist. She developed this website to eliminate the struggles the industry has always had when trying to fill their temporary, part-time and full time staffing needs.

The dental office is unique because patients have to be inconvenienced if an employee is unable to work due to various circumstances. It is for this reason that temporary staffing agencies first developed. Now the way to meet those needs has been simplified through dentuit.com and both the job seeker and the dental office have more control with both finding work and finding employees.
