This is a highly visible, patient-facing role where you’ll serve as the bridge between clinical care and patient understanding - helping patients move forward with treatment confidently while supporting strong practice performance.

Your Role as a Treatment Coordinator

You will be responsible for guiding patients through treatment decisions with clarity, confidence, and empathy by:

• Presenting treatment plans and financial options in a clear, patient-friendly manner
• Verifying insurance benefits and explaining coverage, estimates, and out-of-pocket costs
• Managing pre-authorizations and following up on pending treatment
• Scheduling treatment to support provider productivity and same-day starts
• Coordinating closely with dentists, assistants, and front desk teams
• Collecting payments and supporting billing-related workflows
• Maintaining accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance
• Building trust-based relationships that drive case acceptance

What We’re Looking For

• Dental office experience required (Treatment Coordinator experience strongly preferred)
• Strong background in dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Medicaid plans
• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Confident, professional presence with patients
• Experience with Denticon or similar dental software (preferred)
