Innovative Program to Enhance the Careers of Dental Hygienists
Announcing the first and only opportunity for dental hygienists interested in expanding their career in a new direction, Educational Designs and Dental Connection have partnered to create an ground-breaking program to educate and coach dental hygienists in public speaking, professional writing, sales & consulting.
Designed to provide dental hygienists with hands-on instruction, as well as interactive career mentoring, the CareerFlow Retreat is intended to help jumpstart dental hygiene career transitions.
CareerFlow Directors, Kristy Menage Bernie RDH, BS, RYT, and Beth Thompson RDH, BS, long time industry consultants and international speakers, are customizing the symposium content to reflect the background and interests of those accepted into the program. "The CareerFlow Retreat has been created to meet the void that exists in our profession for those dental hygienists who are interested in a career that is not clinically based," says Menage Bernie. "Our goal is to help attendees tap into their natural talents and to provide an opportunity to secure opportunities outside of clinical practice."
