Dentist for Part Time in Peoria, IL Private Office

We are seeking a skilled dentist to join our client's reputable, private practice. This is a part time opportunity for Fridays..  

This is a busy office where a dentist can expect to consistently produce over 5K per day.  Since the owner doesn't work on Fridays, it is important for the dentist to feel comfortable practicing independently. The office is a FFS and PPO one, with an amazing team and state of the art equipment. They have digital x-rays, scanners and a CBCT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental issues accurately.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols and adhere to aseptic techniques during all procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach for efficient patient care.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Keep accurate patient records using Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance patient care.

Skills

• Experience placing and restoring implants is a plus but not required
• Experience doing molar endo procedures is a plus but not required
