A growing, mostly fee-for-service dental practice in the Paducah, KY area is seeking an Associate Dentist with 1–2 years of clinical experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. This practice is known for its strong systems, collaborative environment, and hands-on mentorship—ideal for a dentist who is confident in the basics and eager to expand clinical independence while still having support when needed. The office offers a predictable 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), 90%+ collections, and strong production potential in a patient-centered, team-oriented setting. The practice provides comprehensive dentistry, with real opportunity to expand skills in implants, endodontics, oral surgery, sedation, and cosmetic dentistry. Sedation is currently offered in our practice, with training provided.
