This is a full-time position with a target start date of the second half of 2026.

Join a busy, single location practice that is planning to expand its’ footproint in response to continually growing demand. Averaging 70-80 new patients per month, this two doctor practice collected $2.7M in 2025 and is excited to hire a third periodontist as it continues to grow year over year.

About the position

You’ll have the opportunity to be busy from day one! This practice is privately owned and receives the majority of its’ patients by referral from professional sources with a healthy mix of word-of mouth recommendations. The practice currently has a 3+ month new patient wait, and has a strong clinical and administrative staff ready to help a new doctor assimilate quickly.

A strong focus of this practice is soft tissue esthetics, with a healthy mix of periodontal and implant services.

This practice is high tech and paperless utilizing PandoPerio clinical software and features some of the latest technology including CBCT, Dexis I/O x-ray, Trios scanner, Piezosurgery, L-PRF, and a full digital workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

A new periodontist will have an extremely competitive guaranteed salary (based on candidate/experience) PLUSan opportunity for increased bonus earnings based on collections. Limited insurance participation lends itself to increased production/collections.
