Associate Dentist to step into a fully booked, highly efficient schedule.

Whether you are a recent GPR/AEGD graduate looking to build rapid clinical speed or an experienced clinician wanting immediate income stability, this practice delivers an overflowing patient pipeline from Day 1.

50% In-House Lab Fees: Keep more of what you produce. We charge 50% lab fee deductions for any restorations, crowns, or custom cosmetic veneers designed and printed in-house using our digital ecosystem.

Work-Life Balance: 5 day work week (Monday–Friday full days). No weekends required (our dedicated hygiene columns handle the weekend baseline).

Patient Base & Scope

Our practice features a high-volume mix of 80% Medicaid and 20% out-of-pocket/private-pay patients. You will have full clinical autonomy to perform comprehensive bread-and-butter dentistry: quadrant operative, oral surgery/extractions, endodontics, and high-margin in-house digital prosthodontics/cosmetics.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.

Active New York State Dental License (or currently in the process of obtaining).

Willingness or eligibility to enroll in NY Medicaid credentialing (we fully assist with the application process).
