Take blood pressure-Drop in blood pressure is a primary sign, even if no swelling in throat, tongue, etc.
Ask Patient if they have an Epi Pen and if they can use it.  if they say yes but they’re too afraid to do it on their own than help them.
If they don’t have an EpiPen that you do, then follow the manufactures directions.
