Its been a satellite practice with associates in it for the last 3 years and its just too far for me to keep driving to manage it. I have a small group of practices and we have a full team in office and centralized support staff that helps all the offices. Here are the details on the office:

Currently open M-F only. In the past we were open on saturdays and they were extremely productive.
Office opened in 2021 and has done over $1 million in revenue every year since then. This is in prime real estate on a busy busy road with tons of growth happening around it. The upside growth is off the charts for the future. I have spent the last few years setting everything up to support this as one of my group of practices, but I want someone to be invested in it. I would prefer a partner. But, if you are looking for a buy-in, partnership, associate position with buy-in potential, or just want to buy a practice outright, I am open to these all options.
