Who We’re Looking For:

We need someone who fits well with our practice and team culture. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Active Oregon dental license in good standing
• 1-2 years of dental experience (preferred)
• A friendly, welcoming demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Your Role as Our Associate Dentist:

As an Associate Dentist at Mint Dental Works, you will play a key role in providing outstanding patient care while continuing to grow your career. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine exams and diagnostic procedures to ensure optimal patient health
• Providing comprehensive treatments across various dental specialties
• Building lasting relationships with patients through quality care and trust
• Collaborating with a supportive, experienced team committed to continuous learning and your professional growth
• Mentoring clinical staff, ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained in every procedure

Schedule: 2 days per week - Thursday's & Friday's (opportunity to grow into full-time)
