Compensation

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Full-time providers have the potential to earn $300,000+ annually.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat emergency, restorative, and comprehensive dental conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices
  • Perform dental procedures in accordance with accepted standards of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable state and federal regulations
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient care

 

Qualifications

 

Education

  • DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school

 

Licensure & Certifications

  • Active Nebraska dental license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • DEA registration

 

Skills & Experience

  • Strong clinical and diagnostic abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ethical, patient-first care
  • Experience with endodontic procedures preferred
  • Experience with surgical extractions preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
