Introducing DentaKit -- The Ultimate Survival Kit for People with Braces

Life just got easier for your orthodontic patients.  A new product called DentaKit contains everything a patient needs to keep their braces and teeth clean when they are not at home.  And best of all, patients can conveniently buy this product directly on the web!
 
DentaKit is an attractive 4 X 6" zippered denier nylon case, and weighs just six ounces. It contains necessities such as an orthodontic travel toothbrush, toothpaste, a folding mirror, orthodontic dental floss, mint-flavored dental wax, and a dishwasher-safe Swedish pop-up folding cup.
 
The product was developed by Lynn Schneider, a 45-year-old California mother of two, who was recently herself in orthodontic treatment. Two types of kits are available: one for adults, and one for kids and teens.  When Schneider first got her braces in January 2002, her orthodontist handed her a small baggie of supplies. “Those got used up very quickly, and I spent hours searching local stores and online merchants for the items I needed,” she said. “I wanted a product like DentaKit, but none existed.  So, I created it.”
 
After months of research, Schneider assembled a collection of premium dental products, and a smart, portable case to house them. “The case is small enough to fit into a purse, briefcase, or backpack. It opens flat like a book. Everything is in front of you. You don’t have to dig around to find the supplies you need. It helps you clean your teeth faster and more efficiently,” Schneider said.  “And when you’re done, everything is neatly organized for next time.” Schneider took painstaking effort to ensure that DentaKit would appeal to patients of both sexes. “Men and boys don’t want to tote around something that looks like a make-up bag,” she said. “DentaKit is appropriate for everyone.”
 
DentaKit for adults is sleek and discreet, like an upscale PDA case. DentaKit for kids and teens has a youthful twist: a colorful red case and fun products, like cherry-scented dental wax and a leak proof folding cup. DentaKit is affordable, attractive, and best of all, if keeps orthodontic supplies organized and clean. 
 
Schneider sells DentaKit directly to patients for $29.95 through her online store,  www.dentakit.com.  In addition to selling the DentaKit, the online store carries refill supplies and other care-oriented orthodontic products, including several popular Denticator products such as Pick-a-Dent.  In addition, there is a new DentaKit product for people who have Invisalign-type braces or clear retainers. The web store also carries products not available in stores, such as SturdyFloss, FlossFish, and L’il Palates tools.
