The approximately 7,000 dental professionals from Arizona as well as across the U.S. and Canada, will have their choice from some 100 open lectures and workshops on topics such as clinical dentistry (general and specialty), business management, ergonomics and dental office design, technological applications, CPR, infection control, nutrition and lifestyle, sleep apnea, patient care, financial planning, substance abuse and much more. Among the notable educators scheduled are Dr. Stanley Malamed, Dr. John Molinari, Dr. Lynn Mouden, Dr. Jack Turbyfill, Dr. Carl Misch, Dr. John Kois, Dr. Harold Crossley, Dr. Sam Low, Dr. Marvin Berman, Dr. Terry Tanaka, Linda Talley, Lisa Broering, Pamela Smith and many more.

Rounding out the 2007 Western Regional Dental Convention are a trade show featuring more than 300 booths representing approximately 200 dental industry companies and social events such as “AzDA Night at the NBA” (March 9 Phoenix Suns vs. New Orleans Hornets); the “Dental Team Luncheon” with acclaimed artist and inspirational speaker Erik Wahl and Mallet Masters, a 5th Grade instrument ensemble from Kyrene de las Brisas Elementary School in Chandler, AZ; and an Ice Cream Social (co-sponsored by AzDA and Hershberger Dental Laboratory, Phoenix) and Wine & Cheese Reception (co-sponsored by AzDA, Community Bank of Nevada-CBN Financial and Delta Dental of Arizona) in the exhibit hall.
