The Refer a Friend feature provides an efficient and effective way for doctors to grow their practices using their most effective resource –existing patients. Embedded in all appointment reminders, newsletters, and post-appointment surveys, the Refer a Friend tool makes it easy for patients to pass along a doctor recommendation to their family and friends. Each referral message is customizable and can be sent to three friends inviting them to be contacted by the doctor.
Within the Smile Reminder Account Dashboard, doctors can not only see those patients who are actively referring people to their practice, but also monitor the value of those referrals as they become patients and receive treatment.
