National Children’s Oral Health Foundation Announces New Chief Clinical Officer
 
Charlotte, North Carolina - September 23, 2008 – The National Children’s Oral Health Foundation’s (NCOHF) Board of Directors recently welcomed Dr. Jane Soxman as its Chief Clinical Officer.
 
Dr. Soxman began her career in healthcare as an intensive and coronary care nurse. She attended the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry and taught there after her graduation in 1980. She completed specialty training at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. She is a diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and has numerous articles published in the dental literature. She is on the board of advisors for General Dentistry, a Hu-Friedy Thought Leader, voluntary adjunct assistant professor of Pediatric Dentistry University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and seminar instructor for the General Practice residencies at Allegheny General Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She has appeared on both radio and television and has lectured to audiences throughout the United States and abroad. Her conversational style of speaking incorporates a review of the dental literature and twenty-five years of practice experience, earning her national recognition as a leader in continuing education. She maintains a private practice in pediatric dentistry in Allison Park, Pennsylvania.
