Septodont Goes Live with Customer Service

system in favor of a live, friendly voice. In this modern day and age we tend to be impersonal
with our use of technology, stated David Benovy, Director of Sales for North America. “We
want to be available for our customers and make their Septodont experience one of ease and
not frustration from being transferred to a number of departments before finding a
resolution to their call.” In place of the automated service, Septodont has implemented a
phone tree that connects our caller to our customer service personnel who have been trained
to answer questions on Septodont products and company. This change is part of our ongoing
effort in providing excellent customer to our valued customer.
