Compensation: Competitive base salary + % of production (DOE)
Schedule: [M-Th 8:30AM-5PM F 8:30AM-3PM]

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality general dentistry including exams, restorative, endo, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, and cosmetic procedures
- Develop and communicate comprehensive treatment plans
- Build rapport and trust with patients to foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with a highly skilled team of assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities
- Contribute to the practice’s productivity goals with a strong work ethic and patient-first mindset
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Licensed to practice in the state of TX (or ability to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and a desire to continually improve skills
- Open to mentorship and constructive feedback
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates welcome – Mentorship available
