The clinical team is a significant strength of this practice. Assistants are highly trained, cross-trained, and comfortable supporting a wide range of procedures. Mentorship is available and flexible, tailored to the associate’s goals. While IV sedation and surgical procedures are part of the practice, they are not required for success here. What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality general dentistry, including restorative and preventative care.
     
  • Perform bread-and-butter procedures such as crowns, bridges, fillings, and extractions.
     
  • Participate in additional procedures, including IV sedation cases.
     
  • Communicate treatment plans clearly and compassionately to patients.
     
  • Work closely with a highly trained clinical and administrative team.
