6 Incredible Ways to Naturally Improve Your Hygiene

As the earth gets older and older, more people are deciding to take action to preserve not only themselves but the planet as well. Eco-friendly living is becoming more sought after by people of all generations in modern times. Living in a sustainable way can affect every aspect of life, even the smallest parts like personal hygiene. Here are six ways to improve your hygiene naturally:

1 Limit or Eliminate Your Use of Hygienic Drugs

Most hygienists are against the use of the drugs because of the damage that they cause to our bodies. If you want to start your journey of living a natural life, you should either limit your use of drugs or eliminate them from your system.

This also includes drugs and products that are meant to improve genital and reproductive health. For example, pills that are used for yeast infections and excessive hair growth might be causing more damage than healing for most people.

2 Start Using All Natural Ingredients

It has been shown that human beings can greatly benefit from using the natural resources around them instead of depending on mainstream, man-made products. One thing you can try is switching to a more natural beauty regimen. Ditch the harsh soaps and chemical-ridden skin products for much softer, natural options.

Natural skincare can be a wonderful option for those that often experience allergic reactions or sensitivity from mainstream products. You can try using natural fruits and vegetables to create various face masks to tighten the pores and skin or use Young Living Essential Oils to improve the condition of your skin with natural ingredients.

3 Regularly Practice Some Form of Fasting

Water fasting or intermittent fasting can be a wonderful way to detox the body naturally and eliminate its toxins. If you are not a big fan of completely ditching food for long periods, intermittent fasting could be a better option for you.

Fasting can also improve the body’s ability to heal itself and protect against harmful bacteria and organisms.

4 Switch up Your Diet

Food is probably one of the biggest causes of skin problems, internal issues, and external issues for billions of people worldwide. This is because a diet that consists of junk is more likely to lead to serious health issues. Junk is often composed of materials and substances that are man-made and non-natural. These ingredients were probably not meant to be consumed by the body.

Some experts and hygienists recommend adopting a raw vegan diet or plant-based diet to get the most out of natural ingredients. If you’re not into going vegan, you can try eating grass-fed versions of meats and making sure that you are consuming as many natural things as possible. Try avoiding foods with too many preservatives, herbicides, pesticides, and other things that can cause damage over time.

5 Makes Changes to Your Environment

Even if you are doing everything you can to make sure that your body is being taken care of, your environment might still have a negative impact on your health. You might need to take it a step further and make changes to your environment to better your health and consciousness.

For example, if you are constantly surrounded by smokers, try doing everything you can to separate yourself from those types of toxins and chemicals. If you are constantly surrounded by drama or dark and negative energies, use plants and try burning herbs to release positivity in the air around you. Plants have been known to bring positivity to certain environments.

6 Practice Self Healing

Herbalism could be one of the best ways for you to practice self-healing and natural hygiene at the same time. Herbalism involves using natural ingredients like plants and herbs to heal your body and mind naturally.

This can be a great alternative to traditional drugs and over the counter medications that cause harm to the human body. At first, it can be overwhelming to learn everything there is to know about herbalism. But you can start with the basics and work your way up to mastery.
