Inspection Tip of the Day: First Aid
In case of Amputation:

1. Wrap part in dry sterile gauze or clean cloth
2. Put wrapped part in waterproof container (plastic bag, cup, etc.)
3. Place wrapped part and container on bed of ice; do not submerge in ice or cold water

Stay Safe!
This is only a small amount of information on signs and symptoms. Per OSHA; you need someone trained at all times in your dental healthcare providers office. Even during lunch as this is about Staff Safety when dealing with OSHA. And Patient Safety when dealing with The Board of Dentistry.
