Dentist for Private Office in Florence Alabama

Job Summary
We're a dentist recruiting company working with a wonderful private office. The office is so busy that they could use 2 full time dentists! They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist, but willing to consider recent grads as well.

General restorative procedures like crown and bridge, extractions, dentures, removables, is all that is required. Of course, if a dentist is proficient in endo and in placing implants, that is a big plus. This is a very reputable office with state of the art equipment and a great team of hygienists, assistants and front desk. The dentists can offer wonderful mentoring as well. They're offering a very competitive compensation for the right associate. There is also buy in potential in the future, if interested but not required.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health issues.
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technologies through continuous education.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in performing various dental procedures, including root canal therapy and oral surgery.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• A commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
