Do you record your calls

Do you record your calls? You should. My neighbor is a plastic surgeon and started recoding her incoming calls. She was completely shocked  to find out that her entire front desk thought they only treat spider veins and not varicose veins even though their website clearly states treatments for spider veins and varicose veins. I had this happen to me when we started doing Invisalign but the front off thought we only did fixed braces and clean aligners, not knowing the clear aligners were Invisalign. The best way to train staff is to reduce employee turnover. The best way to increase your sales is to realize that your front desk is your sales team taking incoming and outgoing calls. Do you track how many incoming new patient calls are closed with a scheduled appointment? Do you ask them when they want to come in, or do you just tell them when your first available new patient appointment is? Do you do same day dentistry or is every dental procedure turned into a mountain of appointments on some later day.
